Basic workshops
Basic Workshops are interactive and include elements of awareness, skills building, and action planning.

Major workshops
Major workshops are developed for larger groups (50 to 300 people) such as athletic teams, student organizations, social Greek organizations, and leadership conferences. The “Community in Action: Ending Biased Language” workshop has been facilitated with groups as large as 300 student leaders at one time, in the same room.

Keynote lectures
Keynote lectures are customized to the needs of the audience and are appropriate for middle school, upper school, and college age students as well as teachers, faculty, staff, and administrators. Keynotes lectures are ideal for convocations, student orientation, Hispanic Heritage Month, Martin Luther King Day Celebrations, student conferences, large group meetings, and professional development.

Local research is used as a departure point for developing institutional and educational goals. Research methods used can be both qualitative and quantitative. After the data is collected and analyzed it is presented as a detailed written report. There is also an option to have findings presented to the institution along with best practice recommendations.

Eva is also available to participate as a panel member in discussions related to diversity, diversity in the media, political correctness, interrupting biased language, diverse families, diverse schools, hate crime violence, Latino issues, African American and Latino communities, best practices on building inclusive communities and schools, diversity leadership, diversity and education, and student of color recruitment and retention.

Keynote fees are dependent on travel and the size of the group. Please call or send and email inquiry for a quote or to explore other ways to support your institution or conference needs.
