DEI Trainer-Facilitation Education

The industry has grown. Some people who find themselves in the position of offering training have not received the basics of developing training content and leading DEI education with adult learners. This series is offered as individual coaching or a small group workshop designed for leaders to get the basics, hone the craft, and learn from the industry’s collective mistakes while navigating the current landscape of gotcha politics. The workshop includes design principles, interactive and experiential methods, self-work, co-facilitation techniques, etc.
